Maryland's Own Ayre Rayde....Aye Ya'll listen up...first off i'm from Tiber Drive and das where Ayre Rayde is from TIBER DRIVE... This audio here is NOT the true sound of AR. Some bands can come back from retirement and get it... some cant....Eddie Winslow is the face of AR...Mike started it and John took it to the next level but if we truly going back to roots then Slow Motion AKA Eddie is the rapper for AR. Ayre Rayde was known for grooving but they cud crank too. ..How many quality musicians came through Ayre Rayde during the days???? Thats a good question....I'ma start you off....Mickey/Jungle Boogie/Cabalou/Tidy/Heartbeat/China Boogie/and others...A.R is not a grown N sexy wing spot band but they cud be if folks committed to practice and stop trying to sound current...keep it old skool trust if you crankin theres plenty of money to be made off da old heads wantin jus dat old straight pocket sound.
