উপকরণঃ
মুরগির যে কোনো অংশের মাংস বা আস্ত মুরগি- ১ কেজি
লেবুর রস - অর্ধেকটা
লবন - ১/২ চা চামচ
আদারসুন বাটা - ১/২ চা চামচ করে
গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো - ১/৪ চা চামচ
টকদই - ১/৪ কাপ
টমেটো সস - ২ টেবিল চামচ
তান্দুরি মশলা - অর্ধেকটা
কাসুরি মেথি - ১/৪ চা চামচ (না থাকলে বাদ দিবেন )
তেল/ঘি - ২ টেবিল চামচ
