white tag - व्हाइट टैग हम वहां प्रयोग करते हैं जहाँ पर हम मशीन को अपने आप से सही कर सकते हैं और red tag - रेड टैग हम वह प्रयोग करते है जहाँ पर कोई ऐसी तकनीकी खराबी आ जाती है जिसे ऑपरेटर खुद से सही नही कर सकता है और उसको दूसरे डिपार्टमेंट की जरूरत पड़ती हैं
