Dr Lad is modern day Rishi, accomplished in Spiritual and Physical science, this podcast is much watch to understand the basics of Ayurveda. 42:18 As per Dr Lad, if various Dals are sufficient sources of Protein. Then why modern medicine Doctors emphasis on protein deficiency in vegetarians. Lots of confusion. 47:00 This Ritu sandhi similar to Sankranthi which falls during change of season and people do fasting to acclimatise. His son practices modern medicine 💊, which is obviously lucrative but Dr Lad’s legacy should have been carried forward with synthesis of modern and ancient medicine knowledge.

All due respect to Dr and 5000yeas old Ayurveda and yoga both are ours And we are proud I am at 70 years of age I am pacemaker implanted patient I doing very well Whats the remedy for Sinus nodes dysfunction [ My case]. in ayurvedic treatment In Kerala now the average life span is 72 years In Japan and in USA it is 80 or 90 years and it because of modern medicine We used to transport our goods by bull cart, do we use it now to transport from point to point Now we are in the time of supersonic. So Ayurvedic medicine not a substitute for modern medicine
