There is no discontinuation bond in nia but is there in bhu. Also bhu is not integrated with ministry of ayush while nia jaipur is. There are many modern technologies in nia while bhu is lagging behind. Also seats for pg are very low jn bhu Being an bams bhu student telling u the reality..

Your assessment is incomplete. BHU is good as a university but for ayurveda ug NIA best. The reason bhu ayurveda always live in shadow of IMS . BHU Ayurveda was good in the era of P.V sharma, PG Despanday but now many state ayurveda college r better than bhu ayurveda

@@avn33__44 it's not about teaching good or bad..because a layman could easily get knowledge merely by reading traditional Ayurveda text books...but as a professional student the case is more about of exposure to good practices and of-course Kerala or we can say south India has got more practical facilities than north

@@avn33__44 if you really desire to learn real ayurved... It's important to have a guru who's practising only pure ayurved... There are various such people in gujarat and kerala is the hub of such great vaidyas... There it's easy to find such an enlightened guru... The real ayurved education will happen from a guru and not any college... They only provide a degree... And colleges like NIA and bhu are good cuz you can meet these vaidyas and great personalities on various ayurveda events... So for real learning find a college where you can be near to an ayurved guru who practices pure ayurved and no allopath at all...
