I have not tried Baba Ram Dev's methods yet (will do though)but one western supplement that reduces menstrual bleeding is called 'Slow Flow' by Vitanica. If you guys in India can get your hands on this it is brilliant. It has helped me so much so want to share as it may help someone.

@Romaldine Soni He said that females suffering from menstruation problem can consume Dasmoolarishta syrup. It helps in managing both light/heavy flow. Even consuming Nagkesar helps which is inexpensive . He said to take brown strands of coconut(outside covering) and grind it into powder. Consume this powder with water to stop excessive bleeding. He then said women must drink Aloe Vera juice daily for treating any hormonal problem, MC problems, digestive and skin related problems . Lastly he suggests to grind Sheesham into powder and consume with water to reduce over bleeding.

He is telling about ayurvedic treatment for periods problem. U can take "Dashmolarisht" to cure irregular bleeding lyk sometimes bleeding stops for few days then again starts. Take alovera juice to cure over bleeding problem. Naagkesar is also another medicine to cure over bleeding. Burn the husk part of coconut & take its ash. That also works. It will cure over bleeding within few days. There is a herb called "seesam" whose wood is used for making furniture. Make a paste of its leaves & add mishri ( a kind of big sized sugar crystal along with thread, used for medicinal purpose) & take it to cure over bleeding problem. Don't take normal sugar crystal. If u don't get mishri then add honey. Alovera juice is good for any kind of periods related problem also good for skin & balance hormones. Hope my translation helps u & u r able to understand the vedio content.
