Sir, I have read the judgment. The court has not decided whether ayurveda can practice allopathy. The issue was regarding fixing liability under S 304 A IPC. Cour held that 304 A IPC can only be applied when the death has caused due to the medicine prescribed by the dr. In the said case there was no such opinion by the expert. Experts have only said that dr has prescribed irrational combinations of medicines. But, experts have not said that such a prescription has caused the death. Hence, the court held that 304A cannot be applied. The court has also held that prescribing irrational combinations of medicines in this case can be a civil negligence. But, as there was no direct relationship between prescribing medicine and death hence can't be a criminal negligence.

Sir aap se error hua hai Maharashtra medical practitioners act k baare me jo aap bol rahe ho uske baare me...state medical register ko control karna kisi pathy k sanstha k pass nahi but legislature k pass hai .hence wo law perfectly valid hai..apko pata hoga pahle GR tha sirf baad me law amend hua..and that is within the scope of legislature..jaha aap kahte ho sc ne kaha hai ayurveda se related act me modern medicine k liye kar hi nahi sakta state..apko bata du.. supreme court merely law ko interpret karta hai..kisko right dena hai nahi dena hai wo daayra legislature ka hai..jab health constitution me state subject hai to us se related law state legislature hi bana sakta hai..ha state dusre state me practice karne ka law nahi bana sakta but apne state me banane ka uska poora adhikar hai sir

Ye to esa sound kr raha hai ki maano cost accountant act mein amendment kr diya jaaye ki ab se cost accountant income tax audit kr sakte hain.😂 Jabki esa amendment sirf income tax act mein hi kiya ja sakta hai jo kahe ki cost accountant bhi income tax audit kr sakte hai. Is income tax mein (na ki cost accountant act) is amendment ki demand cost accountant hamesha se karte aa rahe hai. But parliament ne kiya nahi hai. Jab tak baap nahi bolega, beta kese kr sakta hai. So, crosspathy is legal only when such an amendment is inserted in medical council act (now NMC Act)

Sir entry of ayush doctors in State register of Allopathy is not so easy.we post graduate doctors association of bhu appealed from highcourt allahabad since 2016.state govt of up Maharashtra haryana they amend act of respective State and they also. amend drug and cosmetic act 1945 of section 2e.drug and cosmetic act 1945 allowed allopathy medicine to ayurveda unani except homeopathy.On this basis Bombay high court dismisses the stay prayer of Maharashtra IMA against state act 1961amendment that allowed Allopathy practice for ayurveda and unani doctors
