Its completely different from Swasthya Sathi. Under Ashyman Bharat all medical records will be saved in digital fromat in a digi-locker that can be accessable from mobile application. And patient can share these reports with doctor and give concent to view. And there are many more fetures under the hod.

This is a much needed push by the Government - how this can be mandated for all HCPs? Or any thought why it cannot be mandated once it gets rolled out PAN India?

Like UPI, those who do not join will not know what they are missing. Slow initial joiners will hit a tipping point and then escalate logarithmicaly. Like UPI
