not true bro, i just had my fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel injector replaced today in front of me...at max it may hav 200ml combined... side info: costed me 6K for the spares at MRP. got it done locally at jst 400/- service charge...its worth evry penny to not go the service centers provided u have a experienced rs200/dominar mechanic locally who is officially trained by bajaj :P

Better to keep the bike.. maximum to maximum the engine block and piston kit along with the valves would need replacement to bring it to full health and that too only if it starts giving smoke or the crankshaft makes noise or if the valve seals break. All of the above parts when replaced would still cost below 10000 rupees which is nothing for a 1lac plus km run engine. Don't worry and keep riding. Just replace the wear and tear parts periodically. I assume the bike can run 1,50,000 Kms plus without any engine overhaul.

Am I the only one having issues with RS200...Valve tappets lose, 30Kmpl, faring panel gaps, Vibrations, doesn't like to go above 6K RPM, really really bad gearbox with zero feedback and always falls into neutral. Your RS200 seems to be perfect. I have only done 4500km on my BSIV RS and it's not great.

Milage city : 46 to 48 Highway at 75 to 80 speed : 55 to 58 Night visibility with stock led : avg Maintenance : zero but for every 2000 km chain lubing by any engine oil is compulsory ( 20 RS ka kaam ) Long rides comfort : avg , body weight poora handle bar and and hands pe girtaa hai ( to improve comfort need to install handle bar raisers and big seat ) Engine heating and vibrations : as per my observation heating issue were eliminated after using synthetic engine oil and vibrations at 80 kmpl are still existing.. Mai tho ek water wash bhi nahi karvatahu zero maintaining cost ... COMPARE TO NS ITS LESS ZOSH FULL BIKE... that's the main thing...ZOSH full engine nahi hai..but sluggy slower engine hai bhai
