The chord progression can be expanded outside the main key of Dm. Try Dm, A7 for part A And C, G, A, Am, Dm for part B. This can also help form the structure of the melody or vocal improvisation. But anyways, aafareen. Love Mustafa and Siar Jan's duo. Please keep up the humble musicianship. Bravo!

You are right. That is a big issue with afghan tabla players; they are playing on their own tempo.

@@BlueWizard09 In some other cases, I agree they go beyond what is needed. But speaking about this performance specifically I think the accompaniment was very appropriate by Siar Hashimi, and suited the situation well. Also, it is important to notice if the singer is comfortable, in this case Mustafa jan looks comfortable and seems to enjoy Siar jan's playing. Obviously, in a live setting not all tihai's will work, it may come or not, it happens to the biggest masters, not a very big deal. Moreover if we analyze the work of current Indian or Pakistani Tabla players, in some forms of ghazal (e.g. ust, ghulam ali's style) they play quite alot of fillers or do laykari's and try to make the playing more exciting. You can notice that in playing style of Ust. Tari khan and his disciples or followers. Many beginners may even not be able to hold the lay/taal. Eventually, I think it is important to see what fits best and whether the singer is comfortable. The aesthetics and artistry of accompaniment is an extremely vast subject which is incredibly complex and needs many many years of continuous talim with good teachers. Just a humble observation and opinion.

اهنگ زیبا ،اما با اشتباه و کم تمرینی تبله و نغمه اش اشتباه اجرا گردید ،، گر چه آغا صوفی را دوست دارم اما اهنگ را بی تال و بی مزه خواند .. یک بار شنیده شود مه خانم هنگامه و استاد نعیم سدوزی چه نوع اجرا کرده اند .
