I am a gold medalist engineer with 27 years experience working here in Pakistan and abroad. But confess openly, that besides making my own livelihood, I contributed nothing to take my country an inch ahead. Hey Man I used to think the same and learnt a lot of programming languages and was trying not to waste my time in university but one of my friend from Peshawar told me that he tried submitting CV in companies and trust me he is a excellent programmer but they told him that he should have a BS(4 years) Degree to get the job that's why I took admission in a university this is very first semester and they are teaching us what is mouse and Microsoft office. but you need to know that its Pakistan they Ask Degree first in here.

this is one of strong reason i follow u.... I hate too and I call them "Dukans" -- more suitable (in fact real) name to call these so-called unies and colleges in the whole world --- especially in Pakistan. I am (have done) in a thorough research on this subject to come out shortly (Insh) with an idea to rescue the coming generations. Thank u for daring to sprinkle some spray of shaor on this disastrous race of grades (on good quality papers& sheets). I realized (Alhamdulillah) many years ago when i completed my MBA from COMSATS ( leme name here, one of top Uni in Pakistan) i learned (by God) nothing what i am going to empliment in my life, business, career or even to be a good human being... nothing. After MBA, i got no kind to job shob ( because i learned zero so worth zero, and employers no it as per their experience) Then i got a job (totally reference based) in a Bank. I learned ( because i was eager to) the knowledge i need in life ahead and i resigned just in two years ( Best Decision) and then in couple of years i completed two personal (family) projects ( that influenced my whole city and even the region, Positively) family is taking care of operationns and i am up with a new idea and almost done and launched and that will (Insh) influence the whole world years to come. so itni lanbi story ka matlab hai k me ne jo kia wo kisi university college ne muje nai sikhaya except (some words of English). there is a hell of info and knowledge There is a lot to talk about and Insh i will try to see u soon. Absolutely agree and support you Azad bhai. I'm a dentist and there are no jobs for me in Pakistan. I have a skill but I can't a single dime out of it. These so called degrees have scammed us for years by taking money away from us. I would love to visit your facility and i wish i had learnt freelancing instead of going to a university. Most of the graduates are working at call centers and this really breaks my heart. Our schools and colleges didn't give us financial education and that's why we fail as a economy because all of these young graduates don't know anything about making money

When a businessmen construct a house he try to get a highly qualified architecture to design his house. That architecture has a knowledge from that he earned from education. Azad sahab i am totally agreeing with you. Currently I am doing my bscs degree in karachi from well known university where I have learned not a complete single skill from there they still made us busy in making there written assignments, ppt for presentation etc. If anyone wants to score highest percentage there then you only need to have good handwriting and presentation skills. Thats the sad reality of our education standard "Theory >>>>Practical".

I've been in USA for 20 years ... i can assure you this brother right here is telling you the truth... there is nothing in degrees ... i must say i don't care about english at all but he is right in this point too but i don't like english taught in schools... our majority got nothing to with outside world or english ... are germans or Japanese or Chinese or French changing there language to get ahead they actually do the opposite... french get mad if you talk to them in english ... but the boys he is teaching do need to speak fluently with proper understanding... now back to the main point of mine...my own real life experience and I'm not lying i studied Java programming within 3 months i have done only high school here in USA... i hated school ... and found it useless just like Azad bahi ... after learning for 3 months i got a contract from a bank as senior java developer with 7 years experience got paid 125k income ... it was a 6 months contract and I completed it ... i did tauba for getting a job on a lie of my experience and +working in a bank which is haram ... and left that field and started helping my brother in his business... Alhumdullilah we are doing well ...

I'm very happy I am very glad after a long time I have seen your video I am currently I am studying but I realise this we should pay attention more to our skills rather than education but there is no institute in Pakistan who really teach skills it's all about idea like Uber was the idea of a person and now this idea is helping a lot of people similarly you are also giving ideas to lot of people so now it depends upon us weather every can utilise it or not Currently I am studying I love my job because my job was getting hurdle for my education but I need to complete my education and also I need to earn money so so with my final year education I am doing uber I have hired a car on contract Enum earning format roughly I drive for like 10 11 12 hours and I I prefer to earn 2000 or 2500 a day although it's very hard but those who like to do hard work it's not that difficult job for them you are right there so many educated people who just rather talk foolish and do nothing

That's why I'm not going to any university while all my peers are going to expensive universities to invest four years of their prime age in pursuing a degree that will get them a job and they'll be able to make max 40k a month after paying 5lacs of tuition fee per year ,I can't think of something more dumb than what they are doing and everyone around me calls me dumb for not making the dumbest decision they themselves are making, I'll instead learn something real while living and earning in the practical world rather than sitting in a classroom and paying my parent's money for some bookish knowledge

Degree bhi zaroori hai, just because some education institutes are bad you should not say that education is wrong. If a teacher is bad you cannot day all teachers are wrong and the same goes for if one student is wrong that doesn’t mean every student is wrong. Work hard, get qualified and also gain the skills that Azad Bhai is mentioning.

I partially agree with you !! University isn't entirely bad but the problem in Pakistan is that people go to university because of social pressure and not to learn but get a degree to have social status in society !!! My point and message for all the parents is that university must always be voluntary and it's not for everyone . If someone truly have interest in studying and research then go ahead otherwise don't waste your resources .

I'm sorry to say that's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, quite frankly it's amusing to know people actually think like that because first and foremost what's the point in wasting time and money for the so called pleasure of a social status when the status the person is aiming for can't even produce actual income, yet having a degree is somehow a profession on it's own type of thinking is just unbelievable all in all I'm sorry to say, like Azaad bhai said where's the actual action behind the so called education to make it a skill and I again I agree with Azaad bhai when he stated that a person that can't even speak English properly claims to be professional in a field they have no idea of and wants someone to teach them, that's purely contradiction as well as misrepresentation, besides all these issue's among many others the word social status should be question I think because rather than bringing positive future prospects it's actually working society towards negative solutions which is not good in a way at all and above all destroys the person who falls in to this so called social status to please others in order to get a satisfaction in life, anyhow I apologize if I sound rude in any way I'm not here for that purpose at all however I see this word turn up quite often and I feel a lot of people are falling into it.

Schools are for basic step of education to teach you way of life, discipline. College and universities are for to choose your life carrier in which you want to get expertise in. Unluckily Pakistan education system is still far behind than leading countries. Our courses are still back dated. Education is still necessary to create new ideas, development, new researches. U r focusing to give professional skills and motivation for doing business. Once they are at a certain level than they need a highly educated and professional employees for their business like accountants, drivers, computer operators, researchers for new product ideas/addition. The tragedy is people here have very short term goals and fear taking risk in starting business.... I know people here who have started like Chicken business and the big market players made them suffer by decreasing market price of chicken in market till the time small businesses ran out of money. Even Pepsi Inc which is a big company in Pakistan has used unethical practices against Coca Cola Pakistan by offering bribes to retailers for not putting Coca Cola drinks in their stores.........People don't have any business ethics and values in Pakistan and small businessmen just suffer here......I would request you to highlight businesses which are risk free and from where to get investment for middle class young men.....
