I have so many questions but I know I can't get the answers for them. Oh my goodness what a life. And as nurses we preach about drinking plenty of fluids a day so we don't get dehydrated and damage our kidneys. What about them people. How are they doing it drinking only a small amount of tea and water

Great story, badly presented. HD looks different to me, looks more like 240p and diminishes the viewing experience.

That part of the world used to be a very rich place, back when salt and gold are the most sought after commodities. Mansa Musa I is arguably history's richest man due to the amount of wealth accrued and provided by these trade routes. They even have a university in Timbuktu that is said to be so top class that you have to study in other universities just to even be admitted to that...

This is a tradition that survives because of the need to survive. Just like the camels, these men do not live, just exist. There's nothing to be admired about this existence. They can only make a limited amount of transits through the desert before they can not anymore. It's such a sad depressing existence.

@@james6901 what makes you think my lifestyle is one that should be envied or emulated??? If covid-19 taught us anything, it's that all humans of earth are connected. We all need to ensure the survival of each other, their existence does not ensure their survival.

@@james6901 lol!!! Lucky you to be alive. Just as most only exist, most dream of the opportunity to travel the world. It's on my bucket list. Even dreaming is something most don't do, because the "now" is most important and it doesn't change.
