I'm not an expert but I see a kind of anti-cleave/aggressive teams paired with someone like BBK or jenua whom gets benefits from receiving damage, regardledd the DMG output her design and animation is sick ❤

Yep! Pairing her with low HP units can definitely put pressure on your opponent to reconsider certain plays!

Her multipliers are out. Her s3 does the same damage as green Celine. But Celine has the benefits of storm sword so if you want to test her potential damage, use Celine but swap out storm sword. Against light units Bhwa s3 will double the damage. Because she has no penetration, i fear she will struggle killing some light units. The current meta RTA is pairing Rise of the Monarch Elynav and another Aurius knight simply because both artifact give teamwide defence so the team is generally 20% tankier. And also, what kind of Ruele was in the preview? Ruele's def ranges from 1.5k to 2k+. It's hard to gauge how strong she will be.

You also forgot she has no atk buff, she still scales on atk just gets a lot of defense. For 27k soulburn, no atk buff is quite a lot.

Hard to tell, she might not have enough damage if this is what we are seeing. Will have to wait for multipliers to tell. 27k is enough if it is a damage build with spare stats to allocate on bulk and speed, but not good if it is a very high damage build (A. Vildred, Celine style build).

That s3 Into LRk was sig scythe soulburn into a light tank. 20k so if no soulburn I'd say 15k ish.. no sig scythe then 12k ish. And no light tank I'd say 10kish give or take. Lord forbid you didn't build her nuke heavy stats then you at 8k ish I'd say.

Immune to both buff and debuff is quite tricky. If it is only immune to debuff then it's all good but maybe the balancing issue dept aint looking great. Really need to see her multiplier to really decide. Im far away from pity, currently broke and my luck is always terrible so yeah even though her design and animation is better imo than HelLua's S3 cringe, I'd have to skip her and hopefully I will somehow randomly get her before GTA 6.

@@phibu7517 Not necessarily. RNG when relating to huge damage nukes is mitigates partially by the fact that you're still dealing massive damage. It's why the RNG of Celine doesn't feel nearly as bad as the RNG from a stun or sleep.

@@archazazel1855 kinda, Lua has a team push that can make her a threat without dealing damage. She's strong utility vs Hwayoung having just damage. Unless she was built poorly, it might not be enough to be a good pick and most likely not enough to be worth a pity.

Not enough dmg. Sadly. Also she's immune to buff too! If only she's not immune to buff she's a must pull. She won't be killing anything with that dmg. 20k without soulburn on a light unit is pretty sad. If only she wasn't immune to buff that would help her better
