Thanks for this video! There is not much out there on this breed, information-wise, so this is helpful. I would say though that any breed that needs lots of exercise could be suited to apartment living providing there is an outdoor field or park nearby where its exercise needs could be met and the owner is committed to putting in the hours. Any dog, once they know their routine, should be satisfied in an apartment if they know when they'll be walked🐕. But as with all Sight hounds it's important that where they are exercised is very secure so they don't end up running into the road.

I have an Azawakh and Saluki mix and he patrols the perimeter of our home every day, 24/7. He constantly keeps watch being a sight hound mix. And his deep chested bark keeps unwanted visitors away. So I would say they make excellent gaurd dogs but they require extremely strict training that way they don't just attack anyone or anything.
