if you make the latest firmware update , then you have new video modes like 1440 p with 30 p mode - this mode is better than the "old higher 4K mode wiith 24 pps"

I bought this camera for 48€ from ebay yesterday. Judging your results i would say. The resolution seems fine enough to read the license plate, road signs and faces. Also is the sharpness of the moving video very good. Sadly this is not granted for many dash cams nowadays...I think if you have cleaned the lens or the car front window (to avoid that blurry bloom-effect) the quality would even more better. Anyway i thank you for the effort🤗

In this case the car's front windshield wasn't that clean, the resolution is fine, but use the videos anyway since I believe in authenticity, and even if there are obstacles (let's say day, night, rain, dirt) - this should be reflected in the review I publish. Has anyone had any problems with the dash cam cycling on and off? While there may be varying delays, it's constant cycling on and off is really, really annoying. I've tried formatting the SD card, but no difference.

Hi dear friend, I didn't encounter such issue in this specific model. I would try to reset the dashcam itself and replace the microSD card as well. If you did both things, then I advise to contact AZDOME's support team via their website/social media and ask for a solution. If you do that, then I'd love to hear what was the outcome. @@OriginalVideoReviews Asked for the AV input. I'd like to know too. Should be NTSC or PAL, or both. Is it easy to switch between cameras? Can it record both at the same time? It's crazy, no info on it, not even on the manufacturer's website.

Hi again dear friend, I hope you managed to sort this issue by now, but I will try to help you. Setting the camera depends on the firmware version, but many of the dashcams works the same. You can see that the video's timeline is divided into chapters: 02:17 Modes overview 02:36 Video Mode menu >>>> Video setting can be found here 03:54 System Settings menu >>> Beeping sound and power off usually can be found here 05:12 Photo Mode menu 06:02 Playback Mode menu 06:10 Buttons So I advise to play it the video again (you can lower the playing speed) and find the right setting for you, until you managed to set the camera properly. It isn't complicated, just follow what I do in the video, and be patient. All you need to do is set the right categories for your. And if something doesn't work, you can always reset the settings (I also show that this option exists in the video). Let me know if you managed to sort it out. Best regards, OVR Guy

Worst brand, totally junk, I replaced Nofaya with Azdome and regretted with qaulity. I rear qaulity is VGA and you can't see anything or number plate, the LCD is poor qaulity TN LCD which u can't see front passenger/ drive seat but middle only,. If you see this video he didn't install rear camera because once u install rear camera it will turn to worst qaulity....
