I really believe that there is no border or conflicts in music, I'm Jewish born in Baku Azerbaijan raised and live in Israel, me and my musician friends we all love very much traditional Persian music as well as Armenian and Turkish and different Arab makams and so on, so at least in art and music we can find harmony between us all until hopefully some day soon peace will come to all of us.

Masterful musicianship. Arebova is like an angel weeping for our having fallen from heaven. I believe this genre is called "Hindustani" and its influence has reached far and wide, for instance, American blues master Dereck Trucks (Allman Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks) has studied and incorporates the ancient scales into his slide guitar riffs.
@abdennourbenabbas8445 жыл бұрын
This is classical music of middle east actually (Iran, Kudristan, Turkey, Arab countries and Assyrians) this type of music is based on some scales that are called maqamat (rast, nahawand, bayati...) they are of kurdish and persian origine hindustani music based on raagas hasn't influenced this music which is way more beautiful and complicated but on the contrary maqamat have heavily infleunced north indian music (invented by Amir Khusro Dehlevi) during the muslim reign of India royal turkic and afghan dynasties who were persianized we can see this kind of infleunces on all the gharanas since they are started in majority by muslim musicians and on the raagas like Durbari, Bahar....
