I worked for Wipro lighting in 1993-94 then I migrated to Hong Kong and today director of 3 own companies what I learnt in Wipro the world cannot teach me and I got a chance to work one full day with premji in 1993 market visit bombay and he sent his appreciation thru regional director and I saw him so simple and eat in decent normal restaurants and worked like a normal sales man . Today god gave him because he donated in past and most important no show off be simple that is what he is great saint in heart - in india some top rich business man who got coal and supermarketretail show off by hook or crook they want to top but zero charity. When you die all this will be here the karma the donation charity you gave that is eternal investment for life after life- example see in india a qualified person cannot find job or finds but not Rich but a sethjee who has not passed higer secondary school hires IIT IIM and makes millions how?? Think no business school will teach!!! This is because of charity!!! Be simple like you pay income tax pay 10 percent minimum start to do charity and see the magic

I was reading about how and why are they donating so much and found that there are two resons : first is philanthrophy is a good public relation stunt and second is that trust are used to give money to next generation without paying taxes . Yeah he donated 50000 crore, do you know how? He give less Salary to the employees, how you feel if you get 5% increment in a year even if you deserve high. I wish he would have given 20000 crores to the employees who worked for him day and night 24/7, even if we get less Salary we donate as per the capacity. Company made huge profits this time but no increment given and pay cut has been done to 40%. I don't know how will I survive

Everyone is praising Azim Premji for charity and all that, but let me tell you guys dont ever ask any Wipro employee if he is happy with company or not. Almost 85-90% of the employees of his company will be dissatisfied. Reason: 1. He donate millions in charity but those charities are his self made trust 2. Worst appraisals to employees, if you get 3% yearly hike you will be in the top 10 creamy layer 3. No bonus or whatsoever 4. No ac in cabs 5. No subsidized food or cafeteria in the campus 6. No shift allowance does not matter which shift you are working for 7. Limited to no on shore opportunities 8. Highly political and toxic environment and list is never ending
