The 12947 Ahmedabad - Patna Azimabad Superfast Express train runs from Ahmedabad to Patna. It travels 1762 kilometres journey in 30 hours 20 minutes, with 17 halts in between, with the average speed of 58 kmph.
The 12947 / 12948 Azimabad Express is a Superfast Express train running between two capital cities of Ahmedabad in Gujarat and Patna in Bihar. "Azimabad" was the old name of Patna during the later Mughal period.
