He his not attacking with utopia because of the dark sactuary field spell, because if he attack with utopia and the opponent toss a coins if he result in head, the attack his negated and he lose 1250 life points as card effect damage half the attack of utopia, He could have gone for lightning utopia so that way dark sactuary could not activated since it his trigger like.

Mr. Variant GEPD has a bit of a different mechanic because he escapes from the board so Magic Cylinder can't resolve properly. Same goes for just about any other card that works like Magic Cylinder in this scenario.

NEVER underestimate dark sanctuary in casual format; I stick it in any goofy deck that doesn't already have a relevant field spell card. It's a 50/50 shot at being safe and hitting them heavy every time they attack, and will force them to at the very least waste their backrow removal to deal with it.

i used to play on this site something like... 2h per day. It is the perfect simulator of real life duel, and the best way to improve yourself and learn the meta. In order to win, you MUST read effects, you MUST chain manually, you MUST use the right timing for effects. With an automated game, you will not learn how to play the card game, but you will learn how to play a videogame. I tested the ygopro program during the shoutdown of DN, and it was not comfortable at all for someone used to interact with people.

Classic Azn, doesn't realize that the effect to add a counter trap to hand is not from deck, but from grave. Although hilarious ending. Counter Fairy player kinda failed with his deck. With that kinda setup all he needed to do was spam simple counter traps and recycle for double pop.

Its the closest thing to real yugioh as in interacting with your opponent and understanding card effects without it being automated like ygopro, you can really ALMOST ignore your opponents cards in ygopro and just wait for the prompt asking you to chain if you can do something. And you dont need to install anything its browser based.
