This whole game with extra playable characters & moves looks awes bro & the best version created. Arcade SF2 WW which allows Guiles MagicStance/Throws/Handcuffs is my fav. If Guile could MagicThrow etc all the Mugen Delux list of characters in 1 game would blow my mind

Hello all. I'm a visually impaired mugen player here, and I was wonderring how you do Ken's level 3 SHoryu Rappa? I checked the move list and it doesn't show on there. It only shows the level 1 version. In case you sighted folks are wonderring how a visually impaired person plays mugen, well I use the sound effects made by the game to play. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I thought you were showcasing recent edits-mods to his existing characters because when I go to his page, the dates are from like 2022 or older on some of his chars. If you ever played the alpha series Specially alpha 2 and alpha 3 you know she became an interpol agent at the ending of alpha 2 and in alpha 3 she is an active agent helping Charlie finding Bison, in the final battle against M. Bison, she pulls gun, because she is arresting him. She doesn't use it in th fight. So is pretty much an homage.
