I'm African American and I just wish I had some sense of culture and identity I know that my ancestors were African obviously but I still don't truly belong anywhere. this music and these dances are feeding my soul though!
@TheBlasianEmpress8 жыл бұрын
I was the same way. I did a DNA test by 23andme and actually found distant relatives in Africa. We spoke and they told me their ethnic groups: Igbo from Nigeria, Ashanti from Ghana. I also have have relatives in Madagascar, Botswana, Reunion Island, Seychelles, and Mauritius. I am so proud to have connected and learn more about myself. Try it!
@sugalips4288 жыл бұрын
I actually did do it! I didn't really find it that helpful though. My maternal lineage can actually be traced back to the middle east and north Africa which I was surprised by though.

Curly temple, I'm also African American and proud of it. I feel the exact same way. I really feel bad about not knowing a lot about African culture. I mean I know a little bit here and there, but I really want to know more. I haven't had the time nor money to do a search for my ancestors but I know in my heart they are African descent. btw I love the music video, especially the music itself
@jenifaakuolbu3528 жыл бұрын
+Curly Temple Don't loose hope, If u are some how or feel African. U Are African. First, Africans don't segregate. Second, during nomadiking times, there was alot of intermarriages between Arabic nothern and black south. Mostly, they met during Biggest cultural gatherings, during draughts and rainy seasons. Arabic north, Africa was a wash with Arabs, Yemens, Greeks, Turkish, Spanish.Lebans. Remember Africa had alot of Trade centres from/ to Across Sahara. Another big reason to intermarry. Some women found their way in Arabia. Some Arabs never went back noth, they dissolved in Black Africa. Thats why you see the lightest and the Darkest of African. Others due to where they live, are naturally light skin. Others lived in places hard to reach eg beyond big rivers, mountains or desert, They didn't intermarry at all. Today You can find a black person in European/ Arab features same An Arab person but completely with Black African features. Without borders, peoples moved long distances. African peoples said to look same, its true because they married in causins without knowing it and some few words can be understood by both sides across Africa because they supposed to be causins who moved long distances. I hope this help you some how. Try and Read African peoples. Its interesting.

So to you i look regular but to my self am more than a queen, and also not everyone sees a dog like a dog, some may see a pet in a dog others may see just an ordinary dog in the same same dog. What matters is what angle of perception are you looking at.so I appreciate coz your thought proves to me you are a normal human being and that's soo good. BRAVO TO YOU.

This video will always remain one of the Nigerias' most perfect representation of African culture! Everything about this video reflects precisely what's true about the people, music, and dancing of true sub shaharan Africa. Nothing is compromised in terms of cultural values. And this video is out for anybody, regardless of their race as long as they are interested in global diversity racial entertainment! Last but not least, I love viewers comments in this page, no fighting as to who is in the video or who is not supposed to be there! Surprisingly people of other races posted nice complementary comments compared to videos where there are fights over skin shade.

Plus my legs look feminine and my name is a woman names.. That's all have to say about this conversation.. You are a man you should know born male still is a male. ugh. Women who are hetrosexual wouldn't be with a woman who changed herself into a man. Only way that happens is if the woman is gay and she will take the woman who transferred herself into a man..
