My wonder is about buffer tube screw. Shouldn’t one screw in the buffer tube screw to stabilize the guide plug

No you don't need to, that's only for models that the buffer tube is bolted to the receiver, if its a screw on buffer tube that mounts to the receiver then they don't have any bolts into the spring retainer. This is why we used the APS 4 lug type spring retainer that sits square in the back of the box with out a bolted on buffer tube

As good as split gearbox concepts are, unfortunately, they wear horribly from vibration and lead to really bad tolerances. Mainly seen in high stress builds.
