Perfect timing! Commenting before watching cause I know this'll be awesome! System Admin currently studying for AZ-300 and it's a bit of a challenge to understand these Azure features built for developers.

And app service is a more general purpose hosting environment for all kinds of different kinds of applications. A function app is specific type of application -- namely a "serverless" app that runs in an app service.

Sorry to say I am not able to fully understand about Serverless concept, While watching another video of Serverless i.e kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3zTc36DjqeLgMU I got confused. Could you please illustrate serverless concept with demo?

I'd have to do something extra for that. But simply put, serverless attempts to abstract away dependencies on the server so that it's not apparent to the application or the developer.
