I found myself in the a bit of a bind. 3/21 reservation holder, finally have my Wildtrak built on 1/12/23, had a lead on a Bronco Raptor ‘23 w/ ADM for $106k. Decided to go with the Wildtrak, it has the HOSS 3.0 and almost loaded for $58,700. I’ll change the fenders to get 37” and couple of other upgrades and will stay under $70k.

I think when you consider the frame is reinforced, front and rear axles and diffs are heavier duty, heavier tie rods, the suspension is considerably more advanced with much more travel, which couldn’t even be duplicated on a regular Bronco without heavy modification to the frame. The 3.0 engine is a “Ford Performance” product which has much more difference from the 2.7 than the slightly larger displacement. The Braptors interior is better, especially the seats, which are in a totally different class. Something I’ve never heard mentioned. Resale value. I believe the low numbers of BRaptor production puts it in the “collectible” category. The extra money over a regular Bronco is money in the bank down the road IMO. Yes I’m talking my own book, but honestly I have one on order only because I want to have fun with it. Build week is 2/13 on an Iconic Silver one. Just one guy’s opinion.

Fantastic job ordering your Bronco. Great color and the technology Ford included. It appears the Bronco Raptor is not only a beautiful ride, but a decent investment. At some larger automotive auctions. I was blown away seeing the Bronco Raptor bring just below $200,000. Thanks for the ride along

I will buy it at MSRP but Ford has made this such an disaster and only available who can pay in cash 40+ over MSRP. This is on Ford and their business model, Farley better watch out my loyalty is changing... If they don't switch to a showroom model like Tesla I'm out, dealerships need to go extinct!

I have to leave a little bit of a silly comment. The fact that you turn the muffler sound down when you go through your neighborhood is just super cool. I wanna turbo upgrade my bronco raptor but I’m not sure what’s 3.0 ecoboost whp limitation

The 3.0 block is graphite iron .. 70% stronger than aluminum and 70% lighter than cast iron. Add to that the Ford Performance race grade internals and I believe 500 hp and torque will be a slam dunk. Personally, I’m waiting for others to do the leg work on it. As of yet the PCM hasn’t been cracked so tunes are just piggy back. Im planning on enjoying mine stock when I get it unless it starts to bore me. 😂

@@rinaldocatria4386 Same engine as the Explorer ST, so the PCM is definitely cracked already. 418HP/440TQ @the crank. A tune will probably bring those numbers close to 450WHP

@@DalHarpJr not according to tuners on KZbin. It has a different PCM than used in the explorer ST. The base engine is the same … that’s it. But from what Ford engineers stated early in, the turbos and exhaust system in the Braptor are entirely different.

Just be happy an Ice engine especially the 3.0 Ecoboost comes in the Bronco Raptor. On TFLCar I watched a tuned 3.0 Explorer ST run 8.08 1/8 mile passes against a Dodge SRT's 8.48

That's a nice truck but it's nowhere near worth more than what I paid for my house... I just wonder what everyone does for a living to afford such toys, not everybody can be a doctor or a lawyer....

If you paid less than this for your house it may be related to where you live and cost of living differences. You can't buy a house here at all for twice what this Bronco cost. Not even triple

​@@427cidpower Where do you live? I can't purchase a teardown for that price. These vehicles are bringing over $100,000 at major auctions with one I watched sell for just under $200,000. It's a better investment vehicle than a C8 plus a Hell of a lot of fun for daily use or off roading.
