Azure Overview with F5 BIG-IP

Wow -- F5 function key is super confusing now. Great diagram though, looks exactly like the F5 on my keyboard. Asking for friend: can I still use it to refresh application tabs? Lol, jokes aside, you guys are great! I always enjoy your videos, and am grateful that you put so much effort into making your content clean, precise, and well formatted.

Can you not use self IPs in Azure on a VE, on the same subnet as the pool member?

Use self IPs as what? The virtual server listener address? Sure you can. All though, I like to use a dedicated set of IPs or address range for my listener addresses so they do NOT use the self IP.

@@thejeffgiroux Sorry for clarification: can you put IPs on the F5 which are on the same subnet as the pool member combined with SNAT, so that you don't have to set the default route on pool members pointing back to the BIGIP. Can the pool member then talk directly back to the virtual F5 this way when responding to virtual server traffic, to avoid asymmetric routing, or does this not work in Azure?

Excelent.Now we need active/standby or Active/Active topology in Azzure. Float ip configuration. This Topic its só confused. ELB Microsoft dont Works Fine.
