Yessss on trying not to use the microwave! 🙌🏽 Have you seen the study where they microwaved (then cooled) water and watered plants with a control group of the same kind of plants that were watered with non-microwaved water and all the plants watered with the microwaved (then cooled) water died! Same type of experiment done with cats and cat food, and the cats fed microwaved food all started to get sick from malnutrition. You’re amazing to aspire to not use it with all those adorable kiddos to feed! Bravo!

cosmic apples (azure) are the best eating apples- we make a dip with the coconut caramel topping (azure) we add one tablespoon to 3 tablespoons of either almond, peanut or sunflower butter (our almond and peanut butters unsweetened we buy at costco- sunflower we get from azure) makes a great dip and with the size of their cosmic apples- it's a meal lol- my grands split one cosmic between 2 of them and they are preteens and teens - great after school snack or before sports practice- they are full of good protein - not weighed down and not tons of processed sugar

Yes, one can boil any rice like pasta.

Just ordered apples for the first time. A 20 pound box of Honeycrisp I think. Looking forward to trying them out. I’m a little concerned because Apple season ended in October and this is the beginning of May, but they say if you keep them refrigerated. They have a long shelf life, so we’ll see. Nice I haul. Thank you.

ALL of our apples were in great condition in this shipment and we are still eating on them. We do keep them between 43-45 degrees Fahrenheit. Please come back and let me know how yours turned out 🤞🏼thanks for watching and the comment!
