If you shred it first, then freeze it, it works well. I like to bulk shred with my food processor, then store it in a quart bag.

I know what you mean! I know how to water bath can but pressure canning always seemed scary! I haven’t tried it yet but i have gathered my tools and started studying. I can definitely make a video. Thanks for the suggestion. 😊

Just vacuum seal cheese and store in refrigerator, last for months as no air can get to it
