"This knowledge may be important some day." It was yesterday, when I could explain to my professor how a young man with deep vein thrombosis in both right and left iliac veins and left femoral vein could still drain blood from the lower limb into the heart. Interesting case as this man had a congenital hypoplastic segment of the inferior vena cava with no usual risk factors of dvt (meaning he was a fit athletic young and lean individual) It's a ticking time bomb thing where the right conditions met on a long flight home from his holiday.

"This knowledge may be important some day." RIGHT NOW TODAY ACTUALLY. i couldnt understand a question in one of my past papers i was solving for thorax. and i (as usual) came to ur videos for just a clue that could get me to the answer. and turns out u explained the concept in full full detail. aaahhhh

I am appreciating all your content how Organs and ligaments and veins arteries are connected, especially because I have a 42cm Hiatus Hernia, gullet oes painful acid reflux, Cardio Central Jet Regurgitation, very sore rectal prolapse, and an operation last week reoccurring Umbilical fat containing hernia and bowel defect. Originally I was in a car accident in childhood causing spine and prolapse/hernia injuries now cervical spondylosis and other spine and hip problems. Other. Mostly I do feel a lot of mixed discomfort which would be worse without medicines and pain relief. I often look up utube for my own interest. A lot of your discussions have been very helpful to making sense of my many symptoms and pains. Thank you. Brilliant. We all appreciate a human intellect too I think, thanks for your insightful information with pointers.

Thank you for the thorough explanation of the azygos....its particularly important to me, as I do not have an Inferior vena cava. I have a highly enlarged azygos instead. I'd love to know more about how my odd anatomy formed in utero!
