I went to the doctors today due to back pain and apparently I have a pulled muscle so I have to use a heating pad and take Aleve twice a day and I am also a dancer so the doctor thinks it might be because in one of the dances we are working on we are trying out some type of lift for 2 people and I am the base cause my teacher said I am a good base and for me doing that, that could have been how it happened and stuff so I can't dance for a week and if the pain doesn't let up after the next week then let the doc know but atleast I don't have to go to school for the rest of the day
