The Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society submitted a layout plan to Capital Development Authority in 2006, and received No-Objection Certification on 30 January 2008 Phase 1 of construction initially consisted of Blocks A, B and C with 4670 residential plots. Phase 2 of construction consisted of Blocks C1, D, E and F. In 2018, construction began on Block G.

Very nice and informative The os society is no doubt beautiful The only problem is, that society it self not providing water the only water source is bore water which is getting short day by day This year in june it qas great problem When society will provide the water

You raised a very important and valid point However,I would say "yes" and "no" at the same time.😊 Society will start providing water,They made overhead big tanks for this purpose but it may take lil more, I think once the population will b good enough in almost all Block. Otherwise you are right underground water has a limit and water level goes down day by day.

In 2008 it was on installments and 10marla plot was 18 lakh in installments in A and B blocks but now in 2020 10marla is 90 lakh . I was going to buy plot on installments but my bad luck that I miss it .

Aslam o Alaikum sir, First of all, thank you so much for your precious time. 2ndly, The Area in Block A towords margalla Hills from street 1 to street 5 ( upto plot # 64) and on the left side upto to street 11, is still non possesion/non Developed. Gradually, they are in process to aquire the land but they could not get hold to aquire all at once. What ever land in this area they could get the possesion they try to develop quickly. Over all the answer of "Aquaring the land" is " no, not yet". Once again ,Thank you for the time.

100 % Agreed sir,however, one of the overseas friend, asked me to keep a map with the Fotage, in order to get an idea about the specific area through the map.Im obligated to respect and value the viewers "views ", although myself realized later that it covers most of the space on screen and reduces the vision. 2nd, cam was not fixed with the wind screen, so it was vibrating during drive.
