B-17s of Palm Springs Air Museum

MJS Bought a ride on B17 Sentimental Journey and B25 Maid In The Shade at the Great Bend Airfest this year and was it worth it. My Brother and I had fun riding on these beauties. The staff and air crews were beyond nice.

Saw (and heard!) one flying low near White Marsh MD about 500ft in the air, about 1/4 mile away. Totally restored with red tail, probably in a nearby airshow - nobody will ever forget the sound of those 4 engines - thanks for some memories!

Ol #1 had a little attitude starting up. Lol. Thanks for the views inside Miss Angela. I don't think the rope lights are authentic though. 😂

Yes the plane belonged to tallache who owned the 56 figter group restaurant there I have a picture of him doing a low pass over the air field there

Yeah, the real Belle is here in the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio. They did a wonderful restoration of her. Can't wait to see the Swoose whenever they finish her and get her on display.

We had the belle many years ago in the American airpower museum in Farmingdale new York

Oh, I didn't know that! I've never been to Farmingdale, but if I'm ever in the area I will make sure to visit.
