nice one, do y have the Korea expansion ? I like that a bit more, the navigation is easier and the enemy is stronger

When you refer to Outbound and Inbound, is that in relation to the Target or your home base?

Outbound means flying towards the target zone. Inbound is back to the home base.

@@eliane2743 Thanks. I have the game, but it's packed away who-knows-where. I would've assumed that inbound would be inbound to the target, and outbound, towards home. That's the way the way the terms are used in the solitaire games from GMT, Skies Above the Reich and Storm Above the Reich.

@@joeperez3520 - I was confused indeed when I started playing B-29, but that’s the way it’s defined in the rules. At 30:24, the table used for checking the effect of bad weather also shows it explicitly.

The way they wrote the rules, the outbound and inbound refer to your home base.

What about rolling for Japanese fighters in zone 6? I seem to remember zone 6 - Iwo Jima - is under Japanese control during the early missions and there is a slight chance to see enemy fighters appear.

I questioned that myself. I couldn't find a specific about it in the rules. But you may be right.

@@davesgamingcave7862 - and I forgot: thanks a lot for the playthrough. I really like the game, though I appreciate it does not suit everyone’s taste. It’s repetitive indeed, to the brink of boredom some would say but then… real pictures of real crews flying real missions in ‘45 clearly show bored airmen looking at miles and miles of empty sky or sea. The Korean expansion provides more aerial opposition. It’s not on a par with Target for Today but encounters with enemy fighters are more frequent and the latter are deadlier than in the WW2 game.

Doesn't only the lead bomber need to perform Navigation?

@@davesgamingcave7862 See Rule 4.5.A Note that NO navigation check is required while In Formation unless your B-29 is the Lead Bomber of the Middle Formation.

Thanks or the video. It seems like there is less decisions for the player and more dice rolling than TfT. Not much in terms of fighter attacks either. Am I missing something?

Yeah, the fighter attacks are pretty light, especially compared to TfT. The mission really depends on flak and random events.
