The first time I saw 001, better known as "Balls One" was in a hanger at Minot AFB in 1965. Glad to see she's still flying.

Grandma lived at the end of runway at CASTLE AFB MERCED CALIFORNIA sad they close it they have nice Museum there

I've seen one source reference more than 20 feet up and 10 down; but I'm sure the day-to-day norm is far less!
