Same thing samsung did earlier. I have galaxy s21+ 5g. In January 2024 after official launch of galaxy s24 series, i received a security update and after installing it, 5g stopped working. My phone was not receiving 5g signal, I tried everything but not able to connect 5g. Finally I thought of purchasing new mobile but luckily last week my device received 5g and I decided to continue with my s21+. But I'm surprised why these companies are doing such things. At the end they will lose their customers

Wah. Service center wale baat bilkul sahi hai. Samsung ke service center sabse ghatiya hai. Itne ghatiya hai ki mujhe naya phone lete hue darr lagta hai. Mera m30s phone tha jisko leke service center walon ne under warranty hone ke karan pehle free of cost ban jayega batata. Uske baad jab main phone lene gya to bataya apko 5500 rupay dene honge. Jisko leke kafe behas hue lekin aakhir mein mujhe woh paid karana pada. Uske kuch hi samaay ke baad woh phone apne aaap switch off ho raha tha aur open ho raha tha, jiske peeche karan samsung ka abtak ka sabse ghatiya processor tha. Jisko leke maine samsung ko tweet kiya, service center gya lekin koi fayda nahi hua. Upar se itna rude behavior tha ki main bata nahi sakta. Iske aalwa service center wale chote si chote problem mein bhi data uda dete hai. Yeh kaun si baat hai. Khair tab se aaj tak maine naya phone hi maine nahi liya. Samsung ka fan hone ke karan koi aur phone mujhe samjh nahi aata. Lekin servive center se darr lagta hai. Khair kab sudharte hai yeh

Sir, mere pas mi 11 lite ne 5g h jo maine 2021 me liya tha aur Mi pad 6 ha jo maine 2023 me liya tha to Mi pad 6 me hyperos ka update aaya h to Maine reddit pe pdha tha kuchh log kh rhe the ki their tablet has now become sluggish and slow after the update to Maine update hi Kiya aur n hi karoonga!!
