Nothing fraud here, bank usually charge 20 to 25% interest in business loan/Property loan.....in 5 years it almost more than 100% interest. So logically there is nothing fraud.

@arnabdattavlogs2002 you can visit any bank website to see what is the interest rate.. Without fruad it's impossible... If any bank take 20 to 25 % then it is a cheating..

Thousands of crores of rupees of the banks are being looted by corporate goons in collusion with the poitical scums and are left to go scot free while this poor chap is being bullied by the bank for a meagre amount of fourteen odd lakhs! Moreover, how the house building loan interest soars upto more than 100% of the principle amount in just five years is beyond any reasonable comprehension!

And Central Govt has waived bank loan of close industiralists for Rs. 6000 cr, 5000 cr., 10000 cr etc. WB State Gov has given Lake Mall on 99 years lease to Mohta for Rs. 1 per sq. ft. Whichever political party comes to power, common people will continue to suffer.
