The thing about Differ is that everything he does is so original, but when he got to the final his vocabulary was about to end then he starts to just do some variations of the same moves he had already done before. Still dope tho!
@texplosiv8 жыл бұрын
Mounir's extraordinary athleticism and perfect execution really set him apart from the other b-boys in this competition. If you haven't actually done a lot of b-boying yourself, it's hard to appreciate just how exceptionally difficult it would be to execute the sets he did with his level of control and energy.

It was an easy win for Mounir. Not because Differ is a bad bboy but because of Mounir's stamina. Even from the first round, you can see how drained other bboys were. They were sweating buckets before they even started to battle. Mounir must have trained like a beast to go through so many qualifiers, beat strong bboys and then performed well in the finals.
@ahmedramadhannur81589 жыл бұрын
In my opinion, differ's style is more beautiful, on the other hand mounir has more energy. We can see on this video, on the last round differ looks so tired but mounir still looks fresh. I don't know how mounir trains his body.. And generally this battle was so good ;)

it was so dope seeing differ make it all the way to the final this year. honestly all the bboys did good this year even if they didnt make it as far as they wanted. the only thing i could hope for next year is that they get better cameramen for the battle -____-

Brazil is too hot! These guys were melting, and that has a lot of impact in the battle. The Korean guy couldn’t hold it, that’s why he lost 😔
@TheTardstrong10 жыл бұрын
That first beat was SOOO wack and soulless idk how they kept it together. The entire battle has the camera missing the Bboys, scrolling out a fucking mile away ....and then about the 1:40 mark, instead of showing Mounir start his second set, they show seconds of Differ doing nothing. W T F cameraman?!!! Worst camera work ever! On the plus side, does anyone have the catologue of Mounir? Seriously, I watch a lot of Bboys and he just has the deepest repertoire!

the 40 degree heat inside the arena + the longer three rounds for all battles unlike past years worked against everyone except mounir. hes stated himself to be a fitness fanatic, and was the only one not completely exhausted from the extended competition time. differ's one of my favourite bboys, more so than mounir, but he obviously is exhausted in this final.

Nice battle, too bad Differ was tired but nonetheless Mounir deserves the win. Furthermore I would like to point out that the bad footage isn't the fault of the cameramen, the director of the show is responsible for it. He is the one that picks the type of camerashots that get shown to the audience.

Not only the angle, every thing is wrong... Who does remember "Red bull, Lord of the floor" ? before bc one... The crowd was crazy, jumping and yelling giving so much energy. The light was simple. The Mc was not present. The sound of the video was good : ORIGINAL music, and ORIGINAL crowd sound. Now it looks like ghost in the audience, fake audience sound, light effect and cinema angles. We can't even see the moves of dancers ! And my last word for them : respect to the dancers.
