Kamala is using their tax dollars to support undocumented immigrants, Medicare, and Social Security. Perhaps you could donate some of that 380k to help build homes for those in need. The poll isn't necessarily over-representing people who've already voted. The 24% number was the advance poll only, the others could be people who did mail-in voting.

Just heard cbc Kellowna drive time do a 10 minute promotion of the independent candidates. Has to be geared at stopping the swing to conservatives. I just voted early and they were busy.

Interesting historical fact: The BC conservative party became so wracked by internal discord that the executive decided to run no candidates in the 1933 election. Rather, each local riding association acted on its own. Some candidates ran as independents, some as Independent Conservatives. The Liberals were elected in 1933. We have now come full circle with the Liberals bowing out and....?

​@Dudelsackpfeifer It's difficult to poll blue collar workers, who sway right. Online polls tend to have a higher representation of white collar office workers and young people, who lean left. I have heard that Mainstreet polling tries to account for this whereas I don't think the online pollsters (ie: leger, ipsos, etc.) do, at least for Provincial elections. Who really knows though because someone taking a poll doesn't necessarily mean they are 100% going to vote. The momentum is definitely on the side of the Conservatives though.

I just despise the MDP’s economic policies so much that is enough for me to vote for the conservatives even though they have some crazy people running I voted this morning and there was not much of a lineup. I am on Vancouver Island, which typically everybody votes green because they are Not informed about any of the issues Really the green mandate is to shut down Canada’s oil and gas industry. Other than that they don’t really have a platform.

I’ve been looking at all the polls and it seems like the NDP will pull off a victory I voted conservative. I can’t stand communists or socialist. Not to mention the record deficit and we are in worship now, so what do we have to show for the record deficits? Number of homeless people business is shutting down because you can’t even walk in the front door without getting robbed by one of the sidewalk scholars
