Hello my Friends!
After all these years, I wanted to revisit some of the scales that began my journey with the Handpan and Rav.
First up, the B Celtic. This scale has served me well all these years, gracing many a performance and class.
For all styles of playing, the B Celtic is a very accessible and beautiful choice.
Unlike some of the other B scales, this Celtic (and this includes the D Celtic) is a bit more simple and does not have the same number of half steps.
Over all, a fantastic starting point for players who connect with the sounds of this instrument!
Which is your favorite scale?
Let me know if you enjoyed this overview and stay well!
Enjoy friends and remember
