Bhai As Per Companies Act, 2013 for any Business Association other than Company maximum members 50 hone chahiye otherwise it will be called as an "Illegal Association". Iss wajah se I can say Partnership wale case mein you mentioned 100 jo ki incorrect hai and after the Amendments OPC mein 182 days ko 120 days kr diya gya hai instead of that I just wanna appreciate you because you literally explained well.😊
