We’ve been patiently waiting to have this conversation with this UK Legend for a while now but unfortunate circumstances didn’t permit us to, so we’re happy to welcome B Dubble (Bashir) for Season 6 Episode 10 (Grown) to collect his well deserved flowers, not only for his contribution to the UK Rap music scene, but also for his positive transition in life.
After talking us through his life story so far, we put him through his ‘RTM Fire Round’ before getting into some ‘Current Affairs’.
‘RTM Banter’ was next up then we got into the main subject which was ‘Grown’ because Bashir asked Spray on the phone if they could have a grown conversation like in Season 1.
Spray said whyyyyyyyy for grown. 😐😂
All jokes aside, we were able to have a great reasoning full of gems, real talk and transparency but with Spray and B Dubble having known each other for years, the banter had to creep in.

Unnecessary Ys sometimes spoil important moments. Bashir has great patience and tolerance. Many subjects get cut short due to the interruptions. Cream tries to keep order and I got to big her up for that. In order to grow we must listen and learn. We got 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. Listen more and talk less. Especially when you invite guest

Bashir was one of my favourite rappers when I was growing up out of Tottenham, real rappers rapper, some of his verses were too deep ❄️ That mixtape Shotta Muzik is legendary, one of my alltime favourite tapes. But above all he is clearly a high quality guy who has made a real positive transition Mashallah, it was only a matter of time because the wise always evolve. I find Spray such a fascinating character. hes been through what i can only imagine is an absolutely insane life. As well as being damn near institutionalized by the prison system. Yet hes come out the other side and is doing a podcast. Its odd seeing him in that setting yet thats what the appeal is (as well as cream being the perfect co host as shes so level headed and can step in while sprays going mad). Im not road at all so its always nice hearing a more raw approach to the street stories as i have no idea about the ins and outs of that life anyway. And lastly former career criminals who've also survived these ordeals can go on a podcast with someone who actually understands them allowing kick back and talk about old times which can be super therapeutic in my opinion. i think this podcast is really underrated and extremely unique. It lacks professional quality sure, but thats like 90% of the charm. Keep it hp Spray and Cream you guys definitely have fans for sure
