mam , without exam assistant professor ban na possible hai only on interview basis agar college vaccancies nikale, mam ek question aur hai jaise mai MA education distance se kar rha hu koi fark to nahi parhta jab interview waghera hota hai to regular aur distance se? plz reply mam

Yess ... possible hay... if u clear UGC NET exam then central or State Universities may aap without written exam kay assistant professor ban sakte hay.....NET exam clear honay kay baad candidates ko API score kay base pr interview kay liyae shortlist kiyaa jata hay .

Aap distance say M.A. Education complete krkay Education subject say UGC net exam clear kr lena . Aap government degree colleges may Assistant Professor bannay kay liyae bhii eligible ho jaaoge. Issay koi fark nahi padayga . Aapka selection ho jayegaa pr future may aap Ph.d nahi kr paoge . Aap associate professor, lecturer grade pay kay liyae promote bhii nahi ho paogay. Kyuki associate professor, lecturer kay liyae Ph.D. ka hona mandatory hay.
