different interpretation ...simultaneous admission to programs under these bodies means if both degree are from these institutions.... which means two professional courses 2 regular courses are not valid... logically its possible for b.ed and ma

Sir, UGC के नियम यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए होते हैं... Students पर लागु नहीं होते.. UGC ने university को direction दिए थे के एक साथ दो डिग्री नहीं कराई जा सकती.. ये कहीं नहीं कहा के एक स्टूडेंट दो डिग्री नहीं कर सकता... अगर एक स्टूडेंट ने दो अलग अलग यूनिवर्सिटी से, अलग अलग सब्जेक्ट से, एक डिग्री रेगुलर की है, और एक डिस्टेंस से की है.. तो उसमे कोई दिक्कत नहीं है...ऐसा same केस सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेंडिंग है.🙏

Pending hai ... solved nahi secondly Question ye bhi hai ki eak sath usne 2 degree li kaise? 1 college mae attendance k liye paisa de k, jaise pahle loag karte the... jo apne aap mae k vivad ka mudda hai. 2022 mae UGC ka guideline aya ki ... usko kaise karna hai Eak Regular + Distance Distance + Distance, etc.

Sir.. Aap bar council of india ke 2008 ke rules padhiye.. Usme clearly likha hai ke distance se dusra course kiya ja sakta hai.. Do regular course sath me nahi kiye ja sakte.. Isliye bahut students LLB ke sath dusra course distance se karte hain...
