assalamualikum dear viewers. Very interesing thing is Exactly 1:00:00 A h m Sayef hossain asked to Yahia Amin why we Bangladeshi people are so much "OSTHIR"???? We dont want to follow the queue 😊 We don't want to wait 😊 we want to give money instead of giving time for completed personal or official task. I enjoyed lot this podcast and want to giving thanks both of you to open our eyes in a positive way. Jazzakallah khairun. I want to share two category experiences. Firstly i want to talk about OSTHIR Bangali matters. even i am a Bangali. Some people might say you are a bangali too 😊 The main reason i have found why we don't want to follow daily based official and unofficial rules and regulations because of no one bother to teach us in initial level social communication. It is a education and we must to have education for learning how to adopt it. Human nature is always want to choose which is easy even if its wrong. On the other hand specially any government sector they play very rude communication behavior to the general people. The act like sometimes master vs slave. It is fact. This is core reason that people are very insecure when its come about govt sector part. There is a big reason why its happen. No 1 reason is government job are not dristubuted based on merit it is based on Illegal money. So when they achieve the job only he offered more illegal money so they act like they buy the position not they gain the position. You can not find customer care. There is so many reason left here i can't explain because of limitations. This is how people are arrogant. They don't care rules and regulations. The other topic is English speaking issue in Bangladesh. Here people are very shy to speak english because of almost everyone finger is ready to spot on mistakes. Even if its minor but still fingers are ready to spot it. People are very proud to spot mistakes. Lacking of inspiration people are failed to overcome. I will say just do your job as long as there is no hypocrisy or which break down the law's of Allah Subhanutala. End of our time we everyone will go to our ALLAH SUBHANUTALA. JAZZAKALLAH KHAIRUN

Working with very good company of Bangladesh (as Deputy Manager, 7 years experienced). My colleagues who are top-listed from public or private university graduated 🎓 & I am working with them with proper competence, but in most cases, people do not inspire me and also try to underestimate,,, and try to say you are from.............

In Bangladesh we study English language from class one to twelve. Every one spends at least 12 years to study English. Still most of us cannot read or write english with minimum proficiency. If someone give 12 years and fails to do something like that, it cannot be that individual's fault. The education system is trash. I have basic english communication skill mostly due to watching english movie and playing video games. I cannot give credit to my years spent in school for getting this basic english skills.

বিদেশী কোম্পানীতে বাংলাদেশী কাউকে রেফার না করার অন্যতম কারণ, আমার বাংলাদেশী বেশিরভাগ মানুষকে হ্যান্ডল করতে সমস্যা হয়। অনেকের Work Ethic ভালো না। ফাকিবাজি করলেই জিতে গেলাম মনোভাব। অন্যদিকে ভদ্রতা এবং কমিউনিকেশন স্কিলও বিদেশীদের অনেক বেশি।

I applied for more than 300 jobs through the BDJOBS platform. Among them only 4 from where I got called for interview. I joined one of the companies. Funny it may seem to you posh people is that, that company offered me a joning letter with 25 K only. But falacy is after joining there they told me that they will give me only 15 K for the first 6 months. That company's work culture was pathetic. 6 days working hour. Outside site visit with my own pocket money. However eventually I got depressed and resigned from there. Later I aimed for govt jobs and got 9 jobs from govt companies. The platform here is not clear. Global opportunities what you are saying is not true. After applying many many times just to get a call for interview is quite rare. It is the culture. And one thing বাঙ্গালি রা জাতে মাদারচোদ।
