Afghani egg masala :
Boiled eggs - 8
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Gently mix it
Heat 2 tbsp of oil
Add eggs
Fry it for 2 mins
Adding oil part is missing
Ginger - 3 inch
Garlic cloves - 16 to 18
Green chilli - 5
Fry it for few seconds
Add 1 cup of onion
Fry it for 3-4 mins
Turn off the flame
Add all the ingredients in grinding jar
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/5 cup
Blend it into smooth paste
Heat 4 tbsp of oil
Bay leaves- 2
Black cardamom- 1
Dry red chilli - 2
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Fry it for 3-4 seconds
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Add blended paste
Add leftover masala paste
Cook it for 8-10 mins on low flame
Add 1 cup of water
Add salt to taste
Let it come to boil
Add fried eggs
Cook it for 3 mins
Add kasuri methi
Add 1 tsp of butter
Turn off the flame
