Jammers have already been developed - this is electronic warfare. But drones have both controlled and autonomous control, when the target coordinates are entered into them and they do not need radio control. Although then they become less nimble and more vulnerable.
The power supply may not last long, but such drones can be brought closer by large military ships or submarines. Drones can be underwater, so that they are not affected by weather and waves. China has long been developing underwater drones.
@@個人の意見 The railway is limited by rails and load capacity. Also, freight cars need to be returned back. Another problem is that the track width does not match in Ukraine and Europe (the USSR standard was different from the European one) and trains need to be moved to other rails mechanically, wasting time. Several trains can enter a ship.

@@HuerniaBarbata I agree that water transport is more efficient than land transport. However, Ukraine is preparing for a railway with common standards with Europe. Railways can increase capacity when needed. I think that railways are a very efficient method of transportation under certain conditions.
Crimea was originally a territory of the Russian Empire. After the communist uprising and the creation of the USSR, Crimea remained part of the Russian Federation. But in 1954, the General Secretary of the CPSU, the eccentric Nikita Khrushchev, unexpectedly gave Crimea to the Ukrainian SSR. This was done for economic reasons, since politically it was one country. But when the USSR collapsed in 1991, nothing was changed. They only left a common naval base for Russia and Ukraine in Sevastopol. The majority of the population of Crimea are Russians who have lived there for a long time. The population of the military city of Sevastopol is 95% Russian.
