Years of experience, my boi. And not just practicing drawing, but also (and probably most importantly) building a solid visual library through observation and analysis. We'll get there eventually, just don't expect it to happen over night.

Draw a car, draw a house, draw some objects. Little by little, then put all together. you will get there. I think.

You have to make some sort of connection to the things you’re studying, or else you just end up redrawing the same things over and over or just leaving details out of the picture. I hear traveling and drawing the things you see is a good way to expand your visual library, though it may not be the most feasible option to most. Drawing things in person is certainly helpful when learning perspective too.

It's takes years of practice man. Don't look down on yourself. Always make the effort to practice and eventually you will reach that level

@@mushroomcrepes4780 also, just drawing things might not be helpful for improvement. Try dividing it to some parts. Like, anatomy on this week, perspective on that week, depth and light on the other week, etc. Also, something as simple as breaking things down and simplifying it will also help, try to make something a lot easier to understand by using basic shapes. All that being said, it will take a long time to be as good as Akihito-sensei
