Thanks Jean for this post. Spent 7 years in USM Transkrian. This really reminds me of the coffee shops we used to have breakfast. Guan Hiang biscuit is one of my favourite. Before they have a shop, we like to visit their wooden house, the place they make the biscuits. The owner will treat us fresh biscuit from oven when it is still hot, soft and very crunchy!
