খুব ভালো ভিডিও। ব্রেড , বিস্কুট যখন ছিলনা তখন মানুষ কী খেতো? মুড়ি, খই, চিড়া যেগুলো আমাদের স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য খুবই ভালো। কিন্তু অনবরত বিজ্ঞাপন( ভুল বিজ্ঞাপন ) আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবন থেকে এদের বিদায় করে দিয়েছে।😢

এইগুলো ও চাল থেকে তৈরি হয় মানে সেই কার্বোহাইড্রেট,চলবে না। তার থেকে খোসাসুদ্ধু বাদাম,ছোলা ভাজা ভালো

I'm a type 2 diabetic since 2014 but lead an active life keeping my fasting sugar often below 70mg/dl and Random sugar below 150 mg/dl, HbA1c varies between 5.5 to 6 past 10 years. My food list. Morning black strong coffee without sugar and one cookie. 10 am breakfast either with upma, chilla, idling, dhosa, poha, oat, home made roti any combination. Lunch 2pm # mostly salad tomato, onion, cucumber, lemon, small amount of rice and dal. ( deliberately avoid juice, coke, meat, chicken) Night at 8pm Salad, rice , dal, kichudi, Once a week night only rice and fish curry, Sundays French toast, omlette. Medication Metformin 500 mg twice Insulin 20 IU at night Amlodipine 10 mg once daily for blood pressure control I'm still working and all parameters remain normal everytime. Always avoid pain killer NSAIDs drugs irrespective of any pain especially ibuprofen, acetaminophen, paracetamol etc. Drink 2.5 litres of normal water everyday and keeping fit.
