Sir please please help me in my case m really disappointed with my diseases.. I am 25 years old female having horshoe kidney since birth..2010 had juvenile dermatomyositis took steroids medication about 4 yrs .. 2015 mediastinal lymphadenopathy tuberculosis found through bronchoscopy and tb gold +ve (att completed) 2018 nov lymphadenitis tuberculosis found in fnac but tb gold -ve (rifampicin induced thrombocytopenia , without rifampicin att completed) now again cervical lymphadenitis tuberculosis found in biopsy as fnac was inconclusive but tb gold is negative again ... currently on att without rifampicin as rifampicin thrombocytopenia ) Sir what could be the reason of having tb again and again pls tell me ?

TB medicine is going on since Aug but there is no improvement. Pus is keep coming from frontal sinus/skull. There are lot of wholes observed through CT scan of head.
