Hey Sangeetha, excited to finally about to try your recipe! But One doubt- I'll be baking in a Convection Microwave, so it is necessary to still close the lid initially while baking? Hope to hear from you soon.

@@rainbowshere2012 I always keep the lid on so that the top doesn't brown way too fast and to also get a square edge. But it is okay if you do not cover it as well. Your bread will raise and you'll have a beautiful dome. Either way is fine.
